During my 9 months military service, I served as a secretary and assistant coordinator in the Director of Staff department (DOS). My role was supportive, I was undertaking a variety of administrative tasks such as organizing files and telephone numbers of different military units, informing and coordinating Greek military units across the Mediterranean as well as creating monthly presentations regarding major issues and developments.

CIC (Consumer Interaction Center) worked in the social media analyst teamResponsibilities:• Using a reporting data tool named Sprinkler.• Tagging on Sprinkler (Identifying the country of origin of each post, as well as the content origin and the campaign).• Analysing social historic data including engagements, impressions, reach and engaged users.• Content counting (How many times specific posts where uploaded in specific countries).• Sentiment analysis (tracking the number of positive, negative, neutral comments).• Social listening (communicating with citizens).• Creating brand reports for Coca Cola, Fanta and Sprite.• Introduction to a reporting tool named Netbase.

Marketing Department• Promoting new CASIO products through third party websites and through social media.• Keeping track on how successful marketing campaigns where in the past months.• Creating graphs and pie charts on the success of each marketing campain.• Got to work with the marketing teams of CASIO calculators, music instruments, digital cameras, clocks, watches and projectors.

Market Research Department• Face to face interviews and surveys with doctors, physicians, pharmacists and patients, concerning health matters and medical products.• Working will almost all pharmaceutical companies.• Monitoring the performance of various brands overtime.• Conducting research for all therapeutic areas in order to identify the products different doctors use or recommend for certain diseases.
