With over 16 years of work experience, I am a seasoned and versatile network and system administrator with a passion for providing excellent IT service in the MENA region and beyond. I have a strong background in electronic and communication engineering, and I hold the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate credential. I am currently working as the Senior MENA Network and System Administrator at Macmillan Publishers, a leading global publisher of books and digital content.In my current role, I am responsible for all aspects of IT service in the MENA region, as well as resolving global issues related to network administration, system administration, ERP system, E-invoice integration with ERP, CCTV system, Azure active directory, hybrid active directory, ERP administration, Microsoft 365 online exchange admin, google suite admin, and okta admin. I use my skills in IT service management, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Server Management Studio to ensure the smooth and secure operation of the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. I also collaborate with other IT professionals and stakeholders across the organization to deliver innovative and effective solutions that support the company's mission and vision.
