I concentrate my practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate and lender servicing. I regularly work with buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale, or lease of residential and commercial properties and I represent lenders in residential and commercial mortgage lending.My experience in lender servicing and banking law consists of representing both residential and commercial lenders and servicers in the financing and servicing of residential and commercial real estate, including: mortgage lending; lines of credit; evictions; and foreclosure of residential properties. I oversee closings for mortgage lenders in every county of the New York State as well as throughout the United States, from title generation through closing. The types of loans closed include, but are not limited to, the following: conventional, FHA, VA, SONYMA, rural development, reverse mortgages, construction loans, commercial loans and NYS Consolidation, Extension, and Modification Agreement transactions.
