During this time I have managed to secure a sound commercial understanding of ‘How to do business the right way in Africa’. The most recent 11 years within the alcohol and beverages industry in executive and strategic roles has afforded me the opportunity to understand how to address enterprise opportunities, both organically and inorganically, to ensure sustainable long term investment and growth. My hands on leadership approach has brought me closer to the markets on this continent, more specifically countries like Angola, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. I have led in an advisory capacity as well as served as an Executive and Non-Executive Director (Remco, Audit, Strategy & Planning) for several in-market companies over the past decade.
