About George Scott

I apply my skills and knowledge in economic, environmental, and policy analysis to support novel and sustainable land use models. I hold an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol, and in my free time, I am working towards a MSc in GIS. My mission is to contribute to the global efforts to combat climate change, mitigate greenhouse gas emissions, and promote biodiversity conservation through innovative and evidence-based solutions. I have authored and co-authored multiple publications on household energy finance, climate and clean air, and REDD+ mechanisms. I also have proficiency in Chinese, which enables me to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and partners in the region.
