About George Shami

My passion is centered around enabling others to do the things that they dream about doing, but have difficulty executing upon. Fitness Training has provided a platform for me to help others achieve their goals and is thus very rewarding. As an added benefit, I have enjoyed seeing both my clients and my team members improve their life outside of the gym through new confidence and feelings of empowerment. I continue to look for new innovative ways of creating balance in people's lives to further my own outreach into the community at large.
