• Assisting partners and sales team through the preparation and delivery of technical presentations by matching specific client business requirements with effective technical solutions.• Proactively scopes the solution required to address partner and customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for the partner/customer and the firm.• Provides necessary in-field and webinar training and technical enablement for partner internal teams.• Educating partners on product implementation and usage and answers their technical and security questions.• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sale support, and service resources to align solution design with customers ’business requirements.
