Taught four nine-week full stack developer boot camps. The course was taught with a "from scratch" approach. It was assumed that the students would have zero knowledge or previous experience in computer science. Over the nine week course students were taught:-The principles of agile development-Taught to code in C# using the pillars of object orientated programming-Beginner level website design with HTML and CSS-Introduction to Microsoft SQL-The course culminated in a pinnacle project where students attempted to build their own web app using everything learned-The pinnacle project was done in an agile environment-I then worked with the sales team and management in placing graduates on best fit teams-After graduation the student-instructor relationship often led to a mentor relationship
