CurrentThe Banking Systems Department is responsible for all technical activities of the Financial & Enterprise Solutions Division, in the Banking Sector.As the Manager of the Department, directly subordinating two Section Managers and approx. 50 software engineers/banking consultants, personal responsibilities include: The provision of high level leadership, direction and motivation to drive the Department, The Participation in the Strategic Planning of the Financial & Enterprise Solutions Division by keeping updated on new banking trends, technologies, products and services, The preparation of short, medium and long-term business plan in the area of responsibility, The Project Management of selected Banking Projects, The participation in new contracts negotiations, The Department’s Personnel and resources management.
