Responsibilities -•Undertaking of market research for proposed and existing sites•Preparation of the sales requirement plan•Optimisation of the house types to target market/viability/planning constraints•Draft the internal specification•Ensure the targeted number of reservations, contracts and legal completions are achieved•Appointment of sales agents •Preparation of marketing literature•Arrange for the interior design of show Homes and Sales Centres•Provide anticipated prices for consideration by the CEO•Coordination with marketing consultants to ensure the web site is current•Liaison with office management to ensure our tenants requirements are properly serviced.
