This project also generated a rebate of $76K from Xcel Energy, the first time in its history for Denver.AIMCOAs Regional Director for AIMCO, my team completed a $300MM project in Venice, CA. The Lincoln Place project consisted of 4 phases: affordable renovation, historical restoration, conventional renovation, and ground-up construction.
