• Provide an operational link between different stakeholders to service two biomass power plant, delivering 500k worth of biomass per annum.• Line Manage 9 members of staff across two site.• Manage the delivery profile and contract procurement of biomass to deliver operational savings in line with Group Business Plan.• Lead an internal review into Recycled Wood procurement and develop a strategy for its reintroduction into the plants feedstock; focusing on purchase and active management of supply contracts to meet changing EA regulations. • Take the lead in conducting a Business review of current IT infrastructure across the Fuel Procurement aspects of the assets. Culminating in project leading a new IT solution to address significant shortfalls in business processes and functionality.

• Work in partnership with our grower base to improve economic performance and profitability of the Lincolnshire Sugar Beet crop. • Develop and forge strong working relationships with agronomists to transfer skills and knowledge in an effective and timely manor • Managing crop performance to match contract standards and implement performance improvement measures if not up to standard • To forecast crop growth and development throughout the season providing accurate yield predictions and harvest estimates to senior management • Contract manage grower base to provide a smooth and level flow of beet to British Sugar facilities throughout campaign • Work with supply chain to ensure Internal Harvest and Haulage Scheme members are signed up and allocated to framework partners; working with these suppliers in expediting any anticipated issues ahead of season • Develop strategies to promote best practice within third parties to deliver sustainable improvements to our supply chain.

• Generate a commercial return on the recycling of circ. 400k tons of Biosolids per annum, delivering a revenue stream exceeding £2.6 million to the business • Implement sustainable operational saving against our 2015 reference year • Maintain continuous and sustainable outlets for all 13 product streams • Part of the AWS planning group responsible for devising the Water 2020 sourcing document outlining the businesses waste water strategy up to 2025 • Manage and implement the rebranding of nutri-bio including the redesign and delivery of the new website and production of all marketing documentation literature • Establish an integrated marketing strategy encompassing internal communication, events and shows, third party publications and demonstrations. • Engage and facilitate farmer focus groups • Work with third party consultants to engage with and influence our supply chain partners ensuring new agreements were compliant and delivered on time.• Specifically deliver new frame work agreements for our spreading operation, operational assets and IT infrastructure. • Manage a team of eleven people remotely across the East of England; implementing an appropriate health and safety culture, establishing targets, conducting personal reviews and ensuring active management against targets. • Lead and manage a continual review our service delivery to our customers • Devise, Implement and periodic review all sales offers, pricing structures and research projects

• Manage and provide sales advise for a team of eight product advisors across the east of England to reach a £2.5 million collective team revenue target • Develop new opportunities both within the agricultural and non-agricultural markets focused on promoting a diverse range of organic fertilisers • Liaise with stakeholders both internal and external to build up effective relationships to ensure a consistent removals of product • Provide timely operational forecast and communicate this to the senior management • Orchestrate the compliant and efficient spreading of 370,000t of product per annum through internal and external contractors

• Coordinate Biosolid sales for 4 production centres situated within the Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire counties totalling an estimated 120k tons

● Day to day management of 16 farms within a team of three over 4000 hectares of combinable crops and 2000 hectares of grassland and woodland ● Experience undertaking Agricultural Land Classification Reports ● Setting up and running a demonstration site in conjunction with 10 other companies, including organising the site for the next five years.
