Mr. Stemper is presently serving as a manager with Onstream Media Corporation where he has been for 14 years. He has over 20 years in the computer, Internet and hospitality technology fields. He served as Chief Operating Officer for Visual Data Corporation and was instrumental in their restructuring and positioning as a leader in webcasting and streaming. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President with Hospitality Solutions International (HSI) from June, 1997 through July, 2000. From September, 1995 through June, 1997 Mr. Stemper served as the Chief Operating Officer and as Executive Vice President for MCORP, a software developer and product integrator having hotel technology, telecom, and enterprise-oriented business solutions. From April, 1981 through September, 1995, Mr. Stemper was with Control Transaction Corporation and served as Executive Vice President. From July 1976 through August 1979, Mr. Stemper was with the Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Mr. Stemper has a B.S. degree from Cornell University, with an MBA from FDU.
