Input client data into ST5, ST7, ST8 and IMTrack using upload methods (Websites created by our internal development team & Using Access 2010 with queries).2. Undertake monthly outsourcing tasks for outsourced clients.3. Respond to email enquiries from the clients employees via Zendesk relating to ST7 account activation and account display.4. Answer and deal with telephone enquiries from client employees relating to ST7 account activation and account display and assist with any queries relating to share plans for individuals.5. Respond to and follow up general switchboard enquiries by telephone, collect post and greet personal visitors.6. Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual account support.7. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.8. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.9. Do complex and simple problem solving on the ST5 & ST7 web database tables to ensure participants are seeing the correct information which can be requested from the client.Information Security Responsibilities:1. Administrative and/or operational responsibility over information assets - must follow all appropriate and related security procedures and policies to ensure the protection of personal data residing on systems for which they have accountability. 2. Understand how information assets are stored, processed, and transmitted. 3. Implement appropriate physical and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets. - Apprenticeship Quote & Configuration Specialist The Configuration Specialists play a key role in supporting the Sales Team in providing Customer quotations.Duties include• Architecting customer solutions, utilising support from various other teams• Generating quotations for customer accounts and ECS account managers• Validating all quotes to meet the customers requested requirement• Assisting with customer technical queries and problems• Liaising with technical consultants to fulfil customer requirements and queries• Liaising with Vendor technical help desks to fulfil customer configuration requirements• Training Customer personnel in the use of Vendor configuration tools• Attending vendor and in-house training courses to ensure skill levels are maintained• Qualifying the opportunity for which the quote is required• Qualifying when the opportunity is likely to close• Checking quotes against customer purchase orders• Proactive engagement with customers with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
