Achievements:• Studied and optimized the CFD process for 2 company clients, by using Ansa, Meta, OpenFOAM:• Proposed 3 alternative solutions which reduced process time by 10%, 50% and 100% respectively for a major car manufacturer.• Identified significant errors in a racing team’s process and developed an optimized methodology.• Automated a racing team’s workflow, by developing a python script to completely automate the post-processing of the CFD analyses results.• Trusted to participate in meetings and conduct presentations to company's customers.• Worked closely with in-house developers of Ansa and Meta; provided feedback concerning the usage of certain functions and identified and reported more than 30 bugs.• Got acquainted with working on a Linux based computer and programming in Bash.

Achievements:• Selected to be part of the university’s project management team, as Aerodynamics Manager, responsible to deliver high performance aerodynamic components for the motorcycle.• As member of the project management team, I developed strong teamwork and project management skills and learned to work under tight deadlines.• Self-Designed a process to conduct all CFD analyses on the motorcycle, by using Ansa, Ansys Fluent & Meta.• Supervised and guided two team members (fellow students) to design the aerodynamic components, using Solidworks.• Optimized the aerodynamics performance of the motorcycle, by conducting 3D CFD analyses of the designed components.• Worked closely with machine shops to produce the final components as well as the construction of CNC machined components.• Designed and constructed an ergonomic layout to simulate the motorcycle’s ideal riding position.• In order to achieve timely overall project delivery, volunteered to design and 3D print additional motorcycle parts for other departments.
