Pre-Sales Phase Activities:• Able to organize and chair pre-bid/kick off meetings (both internal and customer)• Perform design, proposal, pricing, quotes, bill of materials, job scope developmentPlanning Phase Activities:• Review Customer Requirements and Contract.• Proactively perform Physical Security Risk Analysis and plan appropriately• Develop Project Schedule in compliance with customer requirements• Development of a clear, concise and complete Work Package• Develop Material Procurement and Delivery Schedule• Schedule and chair Internal Project Kick-off meeting• Schedule and chair Customer Kick-off/Scope Review meetingImplementation Phase Activities:• Initial and ongoing Material Management• Support Quality Assurance Process, monitor risk assessment• Schedule and chair In-progress project meetings (Internal and External)• Deliver Weekly Project Status Reports to Customer• Progress Invoicing, Manage Change Control and Procure change orders• Manage subcontractors/vendors as required.Closing Phase Activities:• Provide Support for Site QA Walk-through (Internal and w/ Client)• Documentation Delivery• Project Accept. / Sign-Off• Budget Summarize and audits• Invoicing ControlSelling and Farming:• Continuously Farm existing Accounts for additional opportunities to introduce other IP Video Surveillance services as well as additional Network Infrastructure appliances.• Look for new opportunities with new clients that enable Mobotix solutions and Web-based software analytics services.
