Faculty Instructor in the Department of National Security and Strategy. Teaches two core courses: Theory of War and Strategy, and National Security Policy and Strategy. Department representative for Life-long Learning and Leader Development programs and initiatives.

Directed the creation and execution of a new Army leader development course for post-War College colonels and GS15-level DA civilians. Intent of course is to prepare these Army leaders for service in strategic-level assignments as key advisors and staff officers for general officers and senior civilian leaders.

Deputy Dean of Academics for the United States Army War College:- Chairs the Curriculum Committee and develops and assesses the implemention of academic and curriculum policy. Coordinates the planning, development, integration, and synchronization of the curriculm, to include preparation of the annual curriculum guidance.- Oversees the College budget and personnel actions, to include oversight of National Security Personnel System matters.- Serves as the Secretary of the Title 10 Board and is responsible for all Title 10 (civilian) faculty administrative matters.- Manages faculty selection, assignment and retention programs, to include the tenure, adjunct faculty, Distinguished Fellows, and Professor USAWC (PhD) programs.- Performs the duties of the Dean of Academics in his absence.

Military Strategist in the Department of National Security and Strategy. Course Director for the core course entitled "National Security Policy and Strategy." Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the seven week-long course. Served as Instructor for this course as well as two other core courses: "Theory of War and Strategy" and "Fundamentals of Strategic Thinking," and for two electives: “The Nature of Grand Strategy” and “Regional Study: Middle East.” Presented seminars on war, national security, military policy and strategy; historical case studies; strategic planning; national power; and global/regional strategic security issues. Served on the War College curriculum committee.

Faculty Instructor in the National Security Decision Making Department. Taught core course entitled "Policy Making and Implementation" for both the Naval War College (Senior Service College-level) and the Naval Command and Staff Course (Intermediate-level). Developed lessons on international relations, national power, and cognitive factors in national security decision making. Wrote articles and case studies for use in the curriculum. Assisted in teaching military decision making elective for Army students.

Served as a faculty member in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership. Taught courses in Introductory Psychology, Abnormal Psychology and Research Methods. Served on the Faculty Council, and as the faculty lead for the Psychology Club. Also served as a Commandant's Representative for the softball team.
