Oversee the daily overall operations of the resort which includes leading department heads from Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security. Ensure the profitability of the operations.Serve as support in Human Resources functions which includes payroll, timekeeping, on boarding, developing, and coaching.

The Point At Poipu - Poipu, Kauai

Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the resort. Provide leadership and guidance to all division and department managers to ensure exceptional guest and owner services are consistent. Perform daily inspections of the resort including interior of suites, common areas, and entire facility.

Preserve the Culture and Traditions of Kaua'i/Hawai'i through education and training of associates and managers. Serve as the Community Liason for the Resort through outreach, volunteer and serving on committees and boards.
