Value exceeding 4.5 million.Role:* Pre-start meeting with client representatives (Contract Manager, Project Manager & Surveyor) my self with Surveyor.The following points is look at, discuss and agreed.- signing of contract, conformation of start date, office area and storage facilities.- use of folk-lift / crane (off load & distribution) use of skips.- delivery (size of lorries, time restriction) - discuss RAMS* Organise and set up site: site office, store and compound, onsite supervision. * Line up trades * Order materials to get projects up and running. * Organise plant if require.* Carry out regular toolbox talk as each job progress.* Attend regular site / progress meeting, assess and overcome problems.* Assess and agree on time / cost for extra over works.* Monitor and control waste thus increasing profit.* Monitor workmanship and quality thus ensuring customer satisfaction .* Monitor and manage Health & Safety. *Restrict non-productive elements and manage budget.* Oversee the smooth running of each through to completion and to budget.
