I part take in all aspect of the business from producing offer letters & legal documents, to getting the clients paid out.Other tasks include;• First point of contact for all new business.• Work out the true value of the book debt, maximising our clients payout.• Efficiently and effectively conduct the take-on of all new clients. • The hand over of all new clients to the operations team.

During this period of time I managed a recourse factoring portfolio of 25 clients with an annual turn over of €54 million. Tasks included;• Funding clients on a daily bases while managing & maintaining their debtor book.• Provide a high level of service whilst maintaining security for my client & Bibby.• Have the ability to multitask whilst prioritising my work load to meet deadlines my clients & employer would require.

When working for AIG Car & Home insurance. I managed the full credit control of the book debt. Whilst doing so I cut the bad debt down, implemented a new process / fail safe so no debtors or payments where missed.Other tasks included;• Process and analyse financial reports.• Have good communication with the third party finance provider.• Problem solving in a timely manner
