Advancing and managing a Micro Modular Reactor project in Ontario. A first of a kind project, Hatch was assigned for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management delivery of a small nuclear reactor with a significant power output. Consulting for LiCycle on a megaproject on Battery Recycling Plant in New York. Providing technical site support to Engineering and Procurement teams, ensuring construction work complies with engineering design and specifications, codes and standards. Involved in planning, design, development and management of disciplines within the project. Working closely with General Contractor’s management team, site superintendents and other stakeholders. Supporting Quality Manager to ensure that construction related procedures, systems and processes have been established.

Mentoring, and guiding Designers and Engineers in the production of engineering designs, including drawings, specifications, and reports. Providing input during client and stakeholder meetings, assisting with the development of new business opportunities and preparation of proposals. Involved with the design of various mechanical and piping systems for heavy industrial, mining, and power generation projects; acting as Mechanical Lead on multi-disciplinary projects, at all stages of the project lifecycle (conceptual, pre-feasibility, and feasibility studies, as well as detailed design/implementation); supervising junior/intermediate engineers and designers in the preparation of design criteria, drawings, data sheets, technical specifications and design calculations; prepare reports, proposals, budgets, schedules, project plans and other supporting documentation as required; professional signing/sealing of deliverables.Consulting for LiCycle on a megaproject on Battery Recycling Plant in New York. I successfully evaluated technically several equipment and systems of theProject, joining Engineering and Purchasing Meetings with Suppliers, co-operating effectively with my colleagues. I was also involved in the HAZOP Inspection of the Plant, reviewing all of Plant’s Systems’ P&IDs.I joined the Erection Team on Site on December 2011, being part of the erection ofseveral equipment and piping. Being the Plant’s Technical Office, I was the EngineeringSupport for every problem raised during the Erection Phase.Additionally, I had a major involvement in the gathering and creation of the necessarydocuments, files and drawings for the Natural Gas Line Erection approval by the localNatural Gas Company.
