Elephant Healthcare took the decision to shut down the majority of their operations, and let go 70% of their staff in the UK to stay afloat. Being the newest team member, I was affected by this round of redundancies.Acted as scrum master for a development team of 4Led exploratory research initiative to firstly identify which key territory (Nigeria) to rollout mobile money to, and the technicalities of this. This initiative went live 6 months after I left.I organised & ran multiple ‘ways of working’ sessions for my development team. This improved delivery speeds whilst working remotely.

This was my first step into risky startups, and despite an incredible team of people, Tuune was unable to find product-market fit in time. This resulted in me returning to emerging market healthcare with Elephant.Coordinated + ran weekly user interview sessions, which ensured our company remained user focused.I set up and managed monitoring tools (Google Analytics + Amplitude) to analyse user behaviour within the Tuune application & translate through into health personas.I ran regular sync sessions with the design team, reviewing new prototypes for the product. This regular exposure significantly improved the pace at which the team was able to work.
