CurrentMr. Benjamin worked for more than 22 years as a Social Security disability claimant's advocate for the Law Firm of Legler & Flynn. He now owns and operates the Central Florida Disability Center which serves Social Security disability claimants in Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Hardee, Desoto, and Charlotte counties. He has been successfully representing Social Security disability claimants for more than 20 years, winning over 90% of his cases. He is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced Social Security experts in the area. Mr. Benjamin is an active member of the National Association of Disability Representatives, and is fully certified by the Social Security Administration to represent claimants seeking Social Security disability benefits. He is also a member in good standing of the East Manatee Rotary Club, the Brandon Church of Christ, and is active in many other civic activities.In addition to his endeavors representing Social Security disability claimants in the region, Mr. Benjamin also holds certifications as a Commercial and Residential Building Inspector, Building Plans Examiner, Fire Inspector, and Accident Reconstruction Specialist, and is Owner and Operator of Safety Trends, a hazard evaluation consulting firm serving the Southwest Florida area. Mr. Benjamin holds a B.A. degree from the University of South Florida, and an A.A. Degree from the University of Florida.
