ROLE INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING:• Responsible for managing a portfolio including residential blocks, estates and block buildings.• Assisting in the preparation of accounts and service charge information to managing maintenance issues, improving or adding to developments and liaising with leaseholders. • Showing strong levels of customer service to clients as well as good leasehold knowledge • Competency in handling various situations, including client management, attending external meetings and conducting site visits when able.

ROLE INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING:• Responsible for carrying out ‘Management’ and ‘Refurbishment and Demolition’ asbestos surveys of domestic and commercial premises such as schools, hospitals and other public sector buildings. • Building a report detailing my findings and expressing to the client the best way to move forward. • Liaising with clients, contractors and their representatives daily as well as coordinating with the public in a safe manner.• Monitoring asbestos removal contractors on site to ensure that they adhere to asbestos and health and safety procedures during removal works. • Duties also include visual inspections, background, leakage, reassurance air monitoring to make sure re-occupation is safe when asbestos is disturbed or removed and bulk sampling when required. • Doing multiple site visits at specified times ensuring the safety of the contractors and the public.

ROLE INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING:• Making sure all material suppliers are available and get to the site correctly and on time and are stored safely.• Assisting the Site Manager and potentially speaking on behalf of him when necessary.• Ensuring build programs and schedules are met and any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively.• Ensuring the client was handed folders with all work that has taken place, including drawings, materials, etc. • Designated a project to manage and ensure the construction programming was delivered on time and in a safe manner.• Meeting the client’s high standard of quality. • Coordinating with sub-contractors before allowing them to bid for work on our projects. • Stepped up from general ground-work duties to running the site.
