My role within MyKnowledgeMap entails that I am competent with using Microsoft Azure. I daily perform database management, alongside being able to maintain servers and navigate my way around azure, in order to perform a wide variety of tasks such as setting rules on endpoints and managing B2C tenants. I use Powershell to perform tasks automatically that would normally have to be done manually such as changing a users credentials within the various B2C tenants. I set rules for various users and manage the accessibility of co-workers dependant on their roles within the company using an active directory to do so. I also manage customer releases to the latest version of our product with intensive testing to ensure that the product works as intended after a release, this can entail a lot of troubleshooting and knowledge of both the product and how the technical aspects of the product work. I have experience in training an IT Services Manager alongside working in my current role. I attend development meetings daily in which problems and tasks are assigned and resolved, with a company meeting weekly to enable the workers knowledge of what is happening within the company.I have been designated a critical task within the company to design and create a workbook that ensures customer satisfaction via a step by step guide to how a release is enrolled to the client along with the explanation of why certain tasks are performed during a release. I have also used excel along side with Power BI to create visualisations such as charts and graphs which enable the company to reduce the costs of certain areas of the business using invoices within azure and also forecast what potential costs may look like in future months and years within the business.I also create any new databases, azure sites and storage for any new clients/customers who have purchased our product whilst also being able to give permissions and specific access to previous customers/clients.

During my time at i2i Pipelines I was responsible for creating reports to send to clients using Matlab to manipulate databases. I worked within a data team to produce these reports for clients and helping one another to successfully submit reports before the deadlines. I also helped within other areas of the company when there was insufficient data to be working on such as composite (helping build the core materials into the pioneer tool) and various other areas of the company.

As I became increasingly fascinated by poker as a game, I wanted to broaden my knowledge and understanding of betting and gambling as I was a lead figure in the University Poker Society. This led to me furthering my interest by becoming a poker dealer. Not only did I learn specific poker dealing skills, I also further developed my interpersonal skills as being in charge meant controlling the players around the table. On reflection I also learnt how to manage difficult situations in a volatile environment.

Whilst working in one of the best rated bars in York I learnt to communicate within a team of workers whilst being able to interact with customers to ensure the highest quality of customer service. I had to wait on multiple tables at the same time showing the ability to be able to multiple task. Being a back-bar staff, I had to work in a busy environment as the bar turned into a club at night.

During my time working for slug and lettuce I developed my knowledge of being a bartender. This included being able to make multiple cocktails on the menu and being able to adapt to making seasonal cocktails. I also underwent barista training to serve hot drinks to customers within the day. I started out as a waiter in slug and lettuce and gradually participated with work on the bar whilst being trained.
