Position: Plant Superintendent - Two Logan Square, Philadelphia, Pa.• Exercised management and direction for the installation and start-up operations of a new 35 story, 800,000 square foot high-rise building.• Interfaced closely with Mechanical and Electrical contractors to install and test equipment, which included building automation and fire protection systems. Oversaw all work performed and insured operational performance in compliance with Architect specifications and local building codes. • Interviewed, hired and managed operating engineers responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of equipment.
