As the Air Force Career Field Manager for Aerospace Physiology, I am responsible for outlining career paths, professional development, and policy implementation for 303 enlisted personnel, including their operations, force management, training, and readiness. With 22 years of Air Force leadership experience and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management, I am deeply committed to enhancing the health, morale, and welfare of our personnel and mission through effective program and project development.In my current role, I provide direction for the enlisted force and advocate for career field interests across the Department of the Air Force and the Department of Defense. This involves advising Lead Commands, Systems Program Offices, and 46 operational support and training squadrons across 10 MAJCOMs to ensure that appropriate manpower and resources are allocated for mission success. I also directly support national security strategy by facilitating training policy for a broad range of personnel, including 12,395 pilots, 3,313 navigators, 1,343 air battle managers, and 15,000 career-enlisted aviators. Additionally, I provide guidance and oversight on the AP training device portfolio, which consists of 164 training systems valued at approximately $123 million. I hold a Green Belt Certification in Continuous Process Improvement and a USPA D License in Skydiving. Outside of work, I enjoy reading leadership books, acquiring new skills, and engaging in outdoor activities with my family.
