As Director of Business Operations, I am responsible for the day to day business operations of our practice. Northpoint Pediatrics is comprised of 10 physicians, 9 nurse practitioners, and a strong support team of nurses, front office, billers, coders, auditors, leadership and our clinical research team. We have two offices located in the Northeast corner.

As Finance Director, I expanded my knowledge and influence across the organization. I maintained all of my previous responsibilities as the Patient Account Director as well as acquiring the role of overseeing the front office operations of all three offices as well as taking on all financial responsibly of Clinical Research.My role in clinical research.

As the Patient Account Director, it was my responsibility to oversee all the billing and coding operations of Northpoint Pediatrics. My team was responsible for billing, coding, auditing, and collections for 10 physicians and 9 nurse practitioners. During my tenure as director, I obtained my Certified Professional Coding (CPC) designation from the AAPC. I.
