I attended meetings on the running of the theatre but specialised in the cinema side, selected films based on my analysis of trailers for special screenings and worked on publicising the venue with the University of Gloucestershire. Introduced the screenings of selected films via public speaking and gained an understanding on how the theatre worked as a whole.Through placement at the Roses, I attended the Flatpack Film Festival in Birmingham as part of a vlogging experience weekend. Here I attended many special filmic events across Birmingham city centre and gained an experience and insight into many different aspects of film while also learning how to video log and communicate these experiences to others.
