Implemented systems in the areas of ERP, Finance, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Accountable for the separation of Zoetis from its parent company, enabling all systems. Led and managed the teams who stood up the enterprise systems following the spinoff from Pfizer. Actively engaged in all acquisition processes and system integrations. Managed outsourced vendor for a $30M+ contract over 5 years for application support. Oversaw and project managed systems development. Provided updates to senior leadership and made decisions to ensure project success or to end projects that weren’t meeting business requirements. Recruited, trained and built a high performing team of technically skilled IT professionals. Key contributor to the leadership team: set priorities, developed short/long term planning, budgeting, salary administration, and status reporting. Initiated system and process improvements to create an efficient and effective technology environment (new technology, automation, and integration). Actively worked to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of processes and systems by implemented standards and best practices. Worked through May 2018.
