• Complete, develop and implement auditing tasks based on settled KPI’s.• Monitor, evaluate & report on, both, incoming and outgoing phone calls.• Proper indexing of the submitted complaints, assessment of their complexity, prioritization and thorough handle.• Plan and implement full training program according to clientele's portfolio requirements• Evaluate and report on agents’ performance• Produce and report onto Administration, scheduled and/or ad hoc feedbacks on agents’ communication quality performance.• Organize, support and execute any QMS procedures.

• Plan, produce and present weekly web radio music show.• Produce and present interviews, talk shows and live broadcasted in-studio gig sessions

• Collect payments on past due bills.• Organize lists according to severity of delinquency.• Skip trace customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.• Ensure all customer database information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.• Offer advice or refer customers to debt counselors.Report satisfied debts to credit bureaus.• Upon request, plan and create ad hoc reports according to settled KPI’s

• Deliver assigned program at highest level of service and creativity• Communication with all parties and ensure overall account satisfaction with relationship• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with outside event service providers and other partners and/or vendors.• Ensure clientele’s quality and value standards are achieved, therefore event services meet the company’s policy.• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with corporate-wide policies, guidelines and standards, applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise. • Collaborate with departments to deliver on specific event needs such as security, parking, signage, camping, marketing, licensing, and risk management.• Maintain event data and billing information, tracking key information for reporting purposes.• Maintain comprehensive calendar of meetings and events.• Perform any other duties, as assigned.

• Oversee and manage F&B and kitchen departments’ equipment and supplies.• Plan and manage logistics, storage and transportation (when necessary) in order to maximize the process efficiency.• Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure proper and on time delivery of goods.• Place, follow-up and receive orders. • Monitor and optimize order picking and storaging to achieve efficiencies.• Meet cost, accuracy and timeline targets.• Collaborate on a daily basis with the hotel sales, F&B and kitchen Supervisors to reach out for the best deals with partners and vendors.• Ensure all products meet with quality standards that the Hotel’s strategic policy demands

• Research, identify, assess and develop any fundraising process.• Plan and implement developing project pre-production assessments (eg. shooting location research, storyboard props etc)• Assist onto and coordinate the pre-production process.• Oversee everyday shooting.• Ensure all records are filed properly and delivered to editors on time.• Arrange meetings and events / Schedule guest visits.• Perform any other on/off set duties.• Prepare publicity materials.• Contribute to strategic thinking in relation to developing projects.• Monitor, operate, maintain, inventory and take thorough care of all studio equipment (technical and props)
