Supports the overall implementation of the new Electronic Health Record (EHR) and the overall EHRM IO objectives. Works in collaboration with all members of the Deployment and Change Management teams to support the successful implementation of the EHR. Provides operational support to the successful execution of the deployment plan. Assess and analyze organizational adoption of solutions and implement deployment strategies and plans. Champions innovation by looking beyond the current reality and the “status quo.” Assists in the promotion of an environment of innovation and creative thinking. Provides guidance and acts as a program liaison to On-Site Deployment teams, site leadership, and EHRM IO. Assists EHRM IO in identifying, developing, and implementing new or cutting-edge processes or strategies to support the EHRM implementation. Analyzes data collected and uses data analysis to set priorities and overall strategy. Ensures positive relationships with EHRM IO, CERNER, On-Site Deployment team(s), and facility staff office through consultations and interventions.

The foundation is a 501c3 approved non-profit corporation and has been accepted into the Combined Federal Campaign since 2012. Our mission is to provide aid to seriously ill children and veterans in need. Our goal is to raise funds to support programs such as the Pilot for a Day program at Joint Base Andrews as well as the Veteran Wingman Program. We will carry out our mission by providing direct financial aid to the families of seriously/terminally ill children and military veterans in need.Pilot for a Day Program is conducted at Joint Base Andrews twice a year, for a terminally ill child selected by the Children’s Hospital in Washington, DC and is invited to become a “pilot” for a day. The event itself is comprised of a day full of activities revolving around the child’s dream and interest in aviation. Our pilot is given a personalized flight suit and then tours a static KC-135 Stratotanker and F-16 Viper, flies a F-16 simulator, visits the Air Traffic Control tower, has lunch aboard a C-40 (737 Boeing Business Jet) while actively taxiing on the flight-line, rides in a helicopter and fire department rescue trucks, and receives a demonstration by military working dogs. The foundation's goal is to present each Pilot for a Day child with a Check-6 helmet bag filled with gifts and and a check to help with the expenses of unrelenting medical bills.

Coordinate and oversee program initiatives and priorities by, facilitating andaligning Programming and Operations Support.• Assist in the development and accomplishment of briefings for senior leadership• Provide expertise to assist with programmatic systems for Personalized Medicineprograms (including the Digital Biobank).• Provide accurate analysis and recommendations• Provide program management support for mitigation of encountered roadblocks• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and analysis activities• Provide support to facilitate In Progress Reviews (IPR) for Personalized Medicineprojects, to include but not limited to agenda development and tracking due outs.• Track project status, deliverables, and milestones via MS project or otherdatabases, and report weekly and monthly updates.• Assist in identifying future research needs and educational gaps related togenomics and precision medicine initiatives with the AFMS.

Spartan B+T focal point for health care operations. Provides strategic guidance, direct oversight for the planning, budgeting and execution of Spartan's medical portfolio. Ensures the efficient, effective, and high-quality delivery of services involving process management, problem-solving and strategic planning for its clients. Maintains liaison with civilian, military, and other federal entities in the health care industry. Oversees the daily functions of the Spartan's office with offices in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.

Coordinated Medical Modernization's fiscal year 2015 programs and crystalized $28.4M in requirements that enabled the Air Force to compete for $1B in Research & Development funds.• Resource Management Office workshop master planner; navigated contracting and logistical issues; delivering timely training for 200 resource managers.• Developed, coordinated and facilitated a large scale program designed to strengthen the morale and welfare of 35 personnel to uphold the core values that define the Air Force.

Led 109 member team at the largest Air Force clinic and surgery center on the east coast in the provision of world-class health services to 553K beneficiaries. • Effectively managed 15 programs and delivered $14M in annual purchase care. • Increased surgical caseload by 25% while garnering a patient satisfaction rate of over 92%. • Provided dedicated 24/7 TRICARE healthcare support for over 250 VIPs during an executive level seminar.

• Improved medical support to 5 geographically separated units in 3 nations and coordinated partnership across the United Arab Emirates; United States Embassy and foreign country hospital’s Chief Executive Officers.• Led and provided 24 hour critical medical logistical support to include the maintenance of blood plasma for the overseas contingency operation’s crisis alert team.

Provided measurable impact on the performance of the medical group and was in charge of all clinical business activities to include development of business plan and supported 25 clinics with 120 providers. • 2009, 2010, and 2011 Air Force Surgeon General Hospital of the Year• Responsible for generating over 150K annual outpatient visits and 12K emergency room visits per year at the United States Air Force Europe largest clinic/hospital for 35K beneficiaries. • Steered medical response for the international military operation in Libya by preparing and medically clearing over 500 personnel in only 24 hours.

• Coordinated the medical support team for a 24 hour quick reaction force in support of the 2nd Afghanistan presidential elections. • Facilitated train the trainer instructions on Tactical Combat Casualty Care for 52 senior medical personnel from 10 Provinces. All 52 senior medical personnel completed the course and trained 300 additional Afghan Uniform Police.• Spearheaded and executed the medical assistance to four Humanitarian Assistance Missions to local villages and schools in the Kabul area administering over 4K vaccines.

Served as liaison with Air Force Personnel Center and Office of the Air Force Surgeon General • Compiled and managed all Air Force Medical Services (AFMS) executive leadership courses, senior Development Education nominations, special senior colonel assignment nominations and annual Medical Service Corps awards programs. • Developed the first ever AFMS electronic means for processing of all corps development teams and promotion boards packages through community of interest on the knowledge Exchange.

Served as the Agency liaison between all the Air Force Surgeon General directorates, Secretary of the Air Force and Secretary of Defense in support of 355 personnel across 9 facilities and 3 test bed locations• Authored “Warrior Fitness the Pentagon Way” pamphlet in support of the Air Force Chief of Staff “Fit to Fight” fitness initiative. Conducted baseline fitness test for the White House Medical Unit Air Force Personnel. • Organized annual AFMS Medical Information Systems Symposium (MISS) for 3 consecutive years in conjunction with Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) with over 250 in attendance. Compiled 100+ AFMS speaker briefings, revamped 30+ AFMSA policy and procedures, rewrote AFMSA/CC guide and flawlessly guided 100+ staff packages.

Coordinated the execution of $220M research and development (R&D) projects, $1.6B AFMS Commodity Council centralized contracts and Department of Defense’s Clinics/Hospitals deployment of $6B informatics program portfolio for 2.6M Air Force personnel and 9.2M TRICARE beneficiaries. • Developed a new integrated financial tracking tool with the execution of $48M in service contracts with 100% visibility.

Led Air Force Material Command’s Operation Command Champion program, coordinating vital TRICARE briefings for 30 Commanders, completing 28 briefings in 30 days. 95th Medical Group was the only medical treatment facility in Region 9 to achieve a positive outcome from fiscal year 2003 Bid price Adjustment.Developed and implemented Memorandum of Understanding for internal and external agreements, TRICARE education and marketing programs, for over 18K beneficiary enrollment, and patient referral procedures. Conducted a feasibility study on quality of life style and submitted a package that resulted in a construction of a rubberized running track directly supporting the Chief of Staff of the Air Force fitness directive.

Masterfully administered two military construction projects, a 17.9 million dollar main clinic and 6.4 million dollar expansion of the Aerospace Medicine Clinic. Orchestrated flawless review of the initial outfitting and final submittal drawings ensuring efficient and effective review board for the construction of the new clinic.Analyzed and monitored $10.4M equipment account. Responsible for procuring, receipt, storage, and issue of medical and nonmedical supplies and management of $536K in service contracts. Organized, reviewed, and coordinated long-range medical equipment plan.Served as Chief of the Facility/Security Team prior to September 11 2001, totally revamped the team into a cohesive and effective team ensuring safety and security of seven buildings and several hundred personnel.

Mentored over 500 personnel as an expert in gynecological procedures. Helped improve TRICARE access, assisted others in meeting Navy fitness goals and increased command awareness of cultural and ethnic diversity.
