I serve as Greenville Tech's primary IT executive and Information Security Officer (ISO).

- Partner with VP/CIO in developing focused IT strategy and digital transformation at the second largest community college in North Carolina- Manage strategic operations and resource allocations for teams responsible for ERP (SIS/HRIS/Finance) systems, classroom technology, data and analytics platforms, student engagement and retention systems, integration platforms, applications administration, digital strategy, cloud computing, collaboration platforms and software development.- Provide strategic and technical leadership in vendor relationships, ensuring optimum security of all the College’s intellectual properties and personal data.- Manage academic and professional relationships within and outside the College in the larger higher education arena.- Demonstrate the value of sustainable IT services to college business units.- Lead digital transformation to cloud-based services, intelligent augmentation, and analytics-driven initiatives.
