Responsible for providing specialized test and evaluation assistance and developing associated documentation as necessary to conduct continuing end-to-end technical and operational assessment of NLCC and NC3 communication systems. Performs analysis at all levels of total systems that support NLCC and NC3 mission areas. This includes, but is not limited to, ground fixed, ground mobile, and airborne, with voice and data communications services in non-secure and secure modes of operation. Performs duties such as system evaluation, and system analysis and ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Additionally, resolves issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs. Provide input to Research & Development (R&D) programs and recommends technological application programs to accomplish long-range objectives.

Supports AFNC3C/NPC with research and analysis of National Airborne Operations (NAOC), Executive Airlift, Airborne National Command Post (ABNCP), Take Charge and Move Out (TACAMO) (NEAT) Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) by possessing and maintaining an active Top-Secret/SCI clearance. Provides recommendations to meet statutory and regulatory requirements for Air Force material solutions analysis. Gathers and researches current, emerging, and future system and subsystem technical data to develop recommendations for possible solution alternatives to AF-identified gaps in the lethality and survivability of Air Force systems. Recommends study scope and evaluate the effectiveness, suitability, and risk in operational and threat environments using current and approved future concepts of operations and employment. Analyses conducted in the context of realistic operational environments against current and future combat A/A and S/A; non-kinetic and kinetic radar guided, infrared guided, and DE threats. Responsible for draft report version control and final edit of NEAT AoA study report to be presented to Congressional Committee.

Provides Weapons System Configuration Management support for the Nuclear Command, Control and Communication (NC3) program to the USAF, Navy and Joint Organizations for research and analysis, and validates platform documentations. Performs onsite technical surveys to document communication capabilities of existing platforms and fixed sites in the NC3 Weapon system. Develops leadership information packages, presentation of concepts, briefings and supporting data packages to aid senior leaders in decision making

Developed sustainment policy and technical support for 23 publications affecting 33,700 personnel, 162 aircraft across 9 military installations. Led B-2 / B-1 / B-52 / UH-1 and E-4B policy reviews, advising Senior executives and Inspection General Staff on constraints and requirements impacting Air Force nuclear enterprise assets.
