Helped project manage different aspects of the business, including:- setting up sales systems and support tools- organise and run trainings, events and VIP parties with hundreds of people in attendance (some over 1,000 pax)- supported the travel arm of the company, negotiating group packages, and also corporate travel deals

- Activated markets that were previously non existent rebuilding client relationships and partnerships, both local and international, increasing awareness of resort and driving new inquiries- Led the implementation of a long term strategy for MICE focusing on pricing and market penetration, ran blitzes and campaigns to drive sales and increase awareness of the property

- Led and drove initiatives to in East London region, unearthing and contracting £250k contracts, securing training stream for 2009 schedule with additional £1m+ potential for three year partnership- Reactivated dormant clientele and successfully rebuilt relationships achieving average growth of 24% YOY whilst simultaneously hunting for new business

- Exceeded YTD targets by 40% in '07, increased Middle Eastern business by 700% in two years and government transient by 12%, whilst supported marketing campaigns and new business positing- Won Hotel Ambassador Award 2006, Sales & Catering team Q3 South Region UK and Ireland ‘06 and 2 Golden Circle Awards (rev targets exceeded) Q1 and Q2 ‘07

- Accountable for £1.7m business, including over 30 staff, their training, development and reviews- Finished 2005 £170k above budget, increasing ASPH from £16.50 to £18.90 whilst growing sleeper diner ratio from 13% to 19%

- Answerable to all conference and banqueting operations, and the running of 300+ annual events- Built team by training, motivating, incentivising and actioning associate feedback in result of achieving one of the top operational C & B results in the UK , and surpassing beverage sales budget by £17k
