- Screen though multiple profiles from various job portals and shortlist candidates that suits the job requirements set by the clients.- Conducts pre-screening of applicants through the phone to filter top-quality candidates for submission to the clients.- Preparing and ensuring the selected candidates are ready for the interview with the hiring managers.- Handles on-boarding administrative matters for shortlisted candidates until their first day of work.- Checking up on existing and new candidates on a monthly basis to ensure that work has been going smoothly for them in the past month.
