National Inventory Control Manager for US & CanadaCorporate Internal Audit TeamKey Responsibilities:- Identify & evaluate potential financial & operational risks, reporting directly to the V.P. of Financial Planning & Analysis.- Distinguish & define misstatements in retail financial records that arise either by fraud or by error.- Analyze business processes and information technology controls to develop innovative ways to efficiently perform essential tasks.- Coordinate and manage the execution and analysis of bi-annual physical inventory audits in over 130 retail stores & 2 distribution centers in North America.- Conduct bi-annual retail shrink review presentations to the executive board.- Perform unannounced audits at retail locations to assess risks related to corporate compliance and potential fraud.- Present post audit risk analysis reviews to Senior Leadership.- Collaborate with our external auditors to increase transparency and seek opportunities to streamline financial reporting.- Recommend strategic action plans to maximize internal controls, minimize loss, and increase efficiency.
