An aspiring Structural Engineer who brings a willingness to learn, and the requisite skills required to undertake tasks related to civil and structural works. Armed with youth and enthusiasm, I am eager to work through the challenges this field has in store, which will teach wisdom and understanding, but more importantly, an appreciation for the discipline.As a young engineer, I intend to contribute to the growth of the profession in the future by developing improved or new practices, that encompasses all the phases of sustainable development, from design to implementation. Through consulting with the requisite codes and design guidelines, I have honed my skills in structural modelling, design and analysis using programs such as Etabs, Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCad and others. However, more importantly, I have equally honed the ability to carry out these same tasks manually, cementing my understanding of engineering principles, materials, mechanics and statics.
