I currently attend Chandler-Gilbert community college with hopes to transfer to ASU for a bachelors in computer science. From an early age, I've always been interested in computers and how they work. throughout high school, I would diagnose and fix PCs and laptops in my free time for some part-time cash. I was also a part-time mobile mechanic but didn't enjoy working on cars as much as computers, so I stopped around the time I graduated high school. This was all while being captain and co-captain of 3 varsity sports (cross country, track and field, and wrestling) and a member of NHS. I recently returned from a 4-year stint in El Salvador where I was attending Universidad Evangelica de El Salvador, where I studied medicine, while also being a part of IFMSA, along with a few other volunteer charity organizations (like bridges of hope). During this time I was also employed at a call center by Sykes. I learned a lot from my time in El Salvador, and hope to make the most of those skills here in Arizona.
