    As a Technical Program Leader, I led the creation and integration of software and various programming that converted over 100K student data across 12 campuses and four different software systems into one, central program: Campus Management’s CampusVue. This involved extracting and consolidating large amounts of data across Campus Solutions: Student Financials, Student Records and Financial Aid Modules, Salesforce CRM, and Powerfaids Financial Aid programs throughout each location. To ensure this project’s seamless completion, I developed all strategic planning and project scope to produce realistic timelines concerning data extraction from three legacy systems, data formatting, and new code assignments in addition to performing all coding. I also designed a conversion process that exported data via a unified userid to determine when the same student’s data was extracted from multiple systems to prevent duplicate information, monitoring program extraction progresses/built-in extract program restart capabilities.Additionally, I created 80% of all SQR conversion programs and audit capabilities while overseeing and designing the writing of 20% of all SQR conversion programs, leading five software engineers and managing the data delivery process and executed conversion programs throughout dozens of test conversions and three go-live conversions (50+ hours of continuous conversion during one go-live).
