Ensure alignment with established service and quality requirements. Surpassed operational productivity by closely monitoring and managing 25 awards for a total value of $1.45B that provided critical services in power generation, architecture and engineering, road construction, health delivery, and research and development.  Within three (3) months, facilitated an 18% cost reduction.
