This was carried out using the OpenCart Content Management System. Ecommerce was very much part of the operation, seeing products both online and offline.Social Media: managing the platforms on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that fresh content was created on a daily basis - using photographs, videos and graphics - and responded to customer comments and messages. Platforms included Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Linkedin, YouTube and Google My Business.Graphic Design: creating posters with Photoshop for social media use, website graphics, inhouse posters and posters for events.Newsletters: an external newsletter was sent out on a monthly basis, which was created using Photoshop and sent out as a four page A4 booklet. It was also sent out digitally using MailerLite.Video Editing: All videos were produced in-house, simply shot on a mobile phone and edited together using ClipChamp, and in some instances, Adobe Premier.
