Key Achievements➣ Key contributor in moving Hapag-Lloyd’s US Flagg Business unit from Tampa, FL to Piscataway, NJ. Assisted with the facility build out of a government security facility. Ensured all new staff were trained in job functions—new facility fully operational in 30 days. ➣ Served as project lead on system rollouts that consisted of development, testing, training, and delivery—managed 5 new system implementations in 3 years—led to a major impact on productivity. ➣ Named US and Canada expert for a system enhanced project for a change from AS 400 format to a GUI. Ensured user requirements were met for 400+ users effected. ➣ Manage the new facility build out, new staff training (only 2% of staff moved); little to no difficulties with customer service delivery with same level of expertise. ➣ Identified/resolved inefficiencies in specific tank container movement worldwide. Assembled a global team with members in Asia and Europe to address, define, and improve the entire process—resulting in elimination of all delays and fines—still used today. ➣ As assigned Technical Security Officer, charged with managing project operations for a government secured facility. Certified Quality and Environmental Auditor (ISO).➣ Skilled in project optimization by collecting user data and redefining current standard processes before training/rollout.
