Worked as Head of European Client Services and Sales Engineering. As head of buyside FIX connectivity at TradingScreen across Europe, US and Asia, was responsible for the full lifecycle of buyside clients using TradingScreen’s FIX Gateway product. This started with sales-support for the prospective client, through requirements capture, management of implementation project and rollout and go-live support. Acted as the sole third line support for this product across all three regions. Worked directly with clients to agree workflows and client requirements.This was a hands-on role and included significant development tasks.In addition: - Provided pre-sales support to sales team for complex implementations- Designed, Built and Supported integrations with OMSs and Risk Management tools such as Macgregor, Charles River, Beauchamp and Imagine.- Designed, Built and Supported ability for TradingScreen clients to trade FX over FIX.- Worked closely with the business to estimate, prioritize and schedule work across clients.- Worked with front office staff at clients to ensure that go-lives were smooth and successful.

At Quillion I held a number of roles at different times. I was primarily a senior technical project manager, taking responsibility for some of Quillion's largest development projects. These projects have been complex Object Oriented systems developeed by teams of up to 12.I also spent time managing one of Quillion's key accounts where I have been successful at winning ongoing work.

At Isocra I worked at many roles. These predominantly focussed on my ability to run complex development projects, but also involved supporting the sales and marketing processes, providing training to external parties and supporting the directors as part of the senior management team.
