I’ve spent much of my 20+ years with the company mastering the art of juggling multiple responsibilities, fighting fires, teaching, mentoring, problem-solving, writing, editing, number-crunching, soothing, and sometimes cursing. I do it all with an eye to the real bottom line—helping my team connect winning technology solutions and quality talent with great clients.Prior to founding iSphere, I held a number of progressively responsible positions within the industry ranging from Recruiting Management positions to Vice President for a regional IT consulting firm.What I love most about my job is its dynamic nature. Every day brings something new, and while crisis management may seem daunting, I find it incredibly rewarding to come up with workable solutions and rally everyone around manageable steps and strategies to solve problems. Plus, I always remind our staff that part of our job is to connect with people, listen to them, inform them, and even entertain them. It doesn't get much better than that!What sets iSphere apart, in my opinion, is the quality of our people.
