-Provide timely legal counsel and strategic guidance on contractual and transactional issues. Review, draft, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, and commercial contracts. Advise and/or coordinate with outside counsel in all areas of general law, including data privacy and security, intellectual property, insurance, tax, and consumer matters. Select and supervise outside counsel as needed.-Counsel Unlock leadership on compliance of business practices and operations with applicable federal and state laws and regulations in various areas, including antitrust, marketing, and consumer protection.-Lead and oversee the delivery of practical and sound legal services to the business. Create and maintain business-minded departmental policies, procedures, and systems. Support corporate maintenance, registration, and compliance with all relevant jurisdictions.-Handle other legal matters for Unlock as needed.
