Creating dynamic audio edits and arrangements for editorial content, marketing content, and animated video content; coaching talent and guests on recording best practices before and during podcast interviews; arranging musical compositions that support the storytelling in marketing, editorial, and animated video content; and developing music packages for original podcasts and dot com video series.

At Morningstar my day to day roles include audio engineering, podcast production, audio editing, sound design, music selection, mixing and audio production for videos.Within the Media Team, I work closely with our Video Producers and Motion Graphics Designers on audio production for all types of company videos. This most often includes voiceover editing, music placement & sound design in addition to mixing and mastering. I also work with the Editorial Team to produce Morningstar's flagship podcast The Long View podcast launched in 2019. Over the past 4 years we've had over 5 million downloads and have released 200+ weekly episodes. I also produce the Simple But Not Easy podcast with the team at Morningstar Investment Management. Podcast production often requires a wide range of advanced audio edits.

Working with my brother Dan, FMC can handle anything that comes our way. We have written produced over 30 tracks for the LEGO Ninjago series, 30+ team songs for the NFL, 3 for the Chicago Cubs and many more used in the commercial capacity for corporations (ABC, CBS, NASCAR, NHRA).
