As part of a global multiyear IBOR transition project, I recently served as senior attorney in the Americas supporting MUFG Bank’s contract remediation of its $175+B LIBOR-based credit portfolio. Given the significant focus on climate and sustainability, I also advised leaders in the Americas in complying with regulatory requirements. Served as chief counsel for MUFG Bank’s regional offices in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Peru.
