I have taught "Management Information Systems (MIS)" courses for EMBA of USTC since 2011. It is a 4-day course delivered 2~3 times every year, students are business owners and company executives from all over the country.

After serving this client as consultant for several months, I joined it and managed its overall business as CEO, it is a China leading agricultural products and food retail company with RMB 6 billion revenue. I achieved the business target as a public listed company in FY 2017 and significantly boosted its eCommerce business. Han Consulting was a China leading management and ERP consulting firm, it was acquired by Lenovo Group during 2004-2005, I was one of the co-founders in a managers-buy-out in 2005. It was eventually acquired by ChinaSoft International in 2009. 2004-2006 General manager of SAP consulting services. Responsible for P/L, managed a team of ~80 SAP consultants.2007-2008 General manager of management consulting practice. Responsible for P&L, managed a team of ~30 management consultants.

I was the earliest SAP ERP and PLM consultant in manufacturing industry in China. 2000 - 2002 Senior solution sales consultant of manufacturing sector, East and South China. I was one of very early SAP consultants in China, and brought western technology innovation methodologies into China.2002 - 2004 Principal for automotive and PLM solutions for China, developed and managed ~5 SAP ERP, PTC Windchill PLM and MatixOne eMatrix PLM projects.

I started my career in "the largest commercial bank in the Universe", worked as accountant, loans manager and general manager assistant in a provincial branch.
