Created TVC’s first eLearning program, designing and developing over 200 eLearning courses and several policy attestations in three years, collaborating with and supporting Operations, IT and HR. These eLearning courses garnered over 125,000 completions by the 1400 TVC employees in that time.Managed the set-up, roll out and implementation of the Latitude Learning LMS, including the creation of approximately 50 department, management and customized reports.Managed the administration of the LMS, cross-training colleagues to schedule their ILT courses and manage the rosters exclusively through the LMS.Enabled and taught Clinic Managers and Leads how to manage and leverage the information of the LMS reports.Played a central role in the integration of the initial HRIS in TVC history with the LMS.Currently setting up Certification and Competency-based learning tracks within the LMS.

Co-created and was initial manager of Dunkin’ Brands Online University (OLU): - 10,000 retail locations providing over $3.5 million+ annual revenue for training.- Over 1 million course completions in the first three years.Supervised relationships with associated vendors.Created over 40 eLearning courses and 20 certification tools. Spearheaded a competency-based training system for new franchisee candidates that established a higher initial qualifying standard, resulting in better prepared franchisees, achievement of operations success metrics at new store openings, and higher sales performance than projected.Acted as the lead consultant in the creation of an online university for Baskin Robbins Japan and their 500+ retail locations.
